ESD Center acquires and welcomes ZENITECH.dk

We are delighted to announce the acquisition and welcome ZENITECH.dk into ESD-Center group. ZENITCH.dk is very well established on the Danish market offering a full range of quality proven ESD and cleanroom products and services. 

For ESD-Center, with roots and HQ in Malmö, the crossing over the bridge isn't that long but it is another big step in evolving our company and operation. During the discussions with Per Møller Jørgensen at ZENITECH.dk both of us quickly felt a perfect match with several opportunities to grow together with existing product range and the possibility to add a wider portfolio. We're looking forward to elaborating the ZENITECH.dk business on the Danish market together.

The acquisition is done through our Danish sister company Columbia Mekan Aps and legally the operation will be run as a department. The ZENITECH.dk office and warehouse will continue from Kolding with same personnel and resources.
