This is how SafeLine managed to increase its production rate by 30%

SafeLine Sweden AB was founded in 1995 in Tyresö, south of Stockholm, which is still their base today, but now has more offices and external partners around Europe.

They are leaders in the elevator accessories industry and have had stable growth and, among other things, expanded their sales internationally. By having both manufacturing and product development in the same location, they can offer flexibility and high-quality products to their customers.

SafeLine has an impressive circuit board production department with two surface assembly lines and five Europlacer picking machines. There is also 3D-AOI and X-ray equipment for inspection, as well as a hole assembly department with a wave soldering machine.

A significant investment was made through the ESD centre, which included a Europlacer Atom iiA3 with three mounting heads, component carriages and feeders, as well as a Screen Printer EP710 delivered in autumn 2022.

This investment has contributed to SafeLine being able to increase its actual production rate by approx. 30%.
