ESD-Center AS acquires Krepro AS

ESD-Center AS acquires Krepro AS which further strengthens our product range and market position in Norway.

ESD-Center AS is delighted to have reached an agreement with Mr Arne Wiik and obtain his trust to take over and continue to grow the company which he has successfully build up over the last 40 years.

Krepro offers a wide range of ESD-products, production materials, tools, and assembly equipment from several leading and well-known suppliers. The acquisition of Krepro builds on our existing operation in Norway. With the extended product range and additional experienced staff, our co-operation with our Norwegian customers will continue to expand and improve.

Our ambition is to maintain the spirit and culture from Krepro as we continue to develop the operation. Both Nina and Vibeke will have significant roles in the development and will be valuable co-workers within ESD-Center AS. The operation will continue from the premises in Dal close to Gardemoen in Norway.
